We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Circus Champ on Android devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its artwork, music, sounds or code.
Circus Champ is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and should approve any purchase.
Jewels are an in-game currency. They, and the costumes, continues, extra lives and unlocked acts you get with them, are a limited licence to use content inside the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and are stored on your device (see the support page about backups). We may change prices and rewards in later versions; jewels you already own stay on your device.
Jewel packs and "No ads" are in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Jewel packs are consumed when credited; "No ads" is linked to your Google account and restored automatically on any device with that account. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; you may also contact us at help@screenbiz.in and we will help where we can.
The free game is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded video is always optional. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
Do not tamper with the game, its purchases, ads or scores, or use it in any way that breaks the law or Google Play's policies. Scores on the Google Play Games leaderboard that look manipulated may be removed, and Google Play Games' own terms apply to your profile.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. We are not responsible for loss of progress stored on your device when you uninstall the game, clear its storage or change devices without a backup.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Screenbiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
