We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Gunstorm Commando on Android devices you own or control. The licence is for private, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its artwork, music, sounds or code.
Gunstorm Commando is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
The game is free and has no in-app purchases. Rewards for watching optional videos (continues, guns and shields) exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may change rewards and game rules in later versions.
The free game is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded video is always optional, and a free stage retry is always available instead. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
Do not tamper with the game, its ads or its scores, or use it in any way that breaks the law or Google Play's policies.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time, and updates may be required to keep playing. We are not responsible for loss of progress stored on your device if you uninstall the game, clear its storage or change devices without a backup.
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Screenbiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.
Our privacy policy explains what the game collects and why.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
