The licence is for private, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its characters, artwork, music, sounds or code.
Fight Station is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
The game is free. It has no advertising and no in-app purchases.
Do not tamper with the game or use it in any way that breaks the law or Google Play's policies. The player name you choose must not be offensive or impersonate someone else.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time, and updates may be required to keep playing. Your name, record and settings are stored only on your device; we are not responsible for losing them if you uninstall the game, clear its storage or change devices.
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Screenbiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
